INFORMATION:
- This 1-day introductory course is for those who have never tried freediving before and are ready to learn the introductory skills of relaxation, finning, duck dives and equalization.
- Be 18+ years old (16/17 years old with parent or guardian consent) be able to swim at least 100m non-stop and be fit to freediving (provide medical certification).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- PADI Courses given in English, Dutch/Flemish, Russian, French & German.

INFORMATION:
- This course is for people with some freediving knowledge who are comfortable in the water diving down to 5-10 metres.
- Be 18+ years old (16/17 years old with parent or guardian consent) be able to swim at least 200m non-stop without fins, at least 300m non-stop with mask, snorkel, and fins, and be fit to freediving (provide medical certification).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

INFORMATION:
- This course familiarises you with the knowledge, techniques, and safety procedures for deep freediving. Building on your skills for Static, Dynamic, Constant weight, as well as free immersion and variable weight.
- Be 18+ years old (16/17 years old with parent or guardian consent). Completed the AIDA 3 course or the crossover evaluation from another agency. Completed a First Aid course with CPR in the last 2 years. Be fit to freediving (provide medical certification).
